WWT’s Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is a place where customers and partners can stand up small-scale versions of prospective solutions, review product demonstrations, evaluate reference architectures and participate in hands on training classes. Recently we stepped up our investment in the ATC, bringing on an operations manager with 15 years of IT management experience, Mark Dougherty. Having been here for over 15 years, it’s been fun watching WWT climb the rankings in the CRN’s VAR 500 industry benchmark. With our revenues climbing from $2.2B to $3.3B, it was fantastic to to see such a major leap this year from #50 in 2010 to #18 in 2011.
A big thanks to all of our customers that ultimately drive our success and congratulations to all of our employees who make this type of recognition possible. In addition, we couldn’t do it with out the valued partnerships we have with the best the industry has to offer: Cisco, EMC, HP, NetApp, VMware & Citrix–Thanks!

Scott, first of all, welcome on board to WWT. It’s been over a month since the acquisition and it’s been fantastic seeing the interest and excitement about Server Centric joining forces with WWT.
I know that you have worked with Citrix for many years and have seen many product announcements from them. What’s so important about this one? Continue reading
