Here’s Kim Vallero on our Toys for Tots Drive….
Thanks to all of you, we collected over 3,600 toys for this year’s Toys for Tots campaign (approximately 1,200 more than last year)!
Each group is a winner because they collected toys for a wonderful cause, but the winner of the competition is (drum roll please) – Lakeview. Their quota was 334 toys, but they collected a total of 2,637 toys (790%). The winner seven years in a row now!

Amid the recent press about our new Mobile Data Center (MDC) product, and our first demo unit making the rounds of several shows and events, we asked our team responsible for this newest WWT data center offering to discuss its history and their vision for the future of such solutions.
While numerous individuals have participated in building WWT’s MDC program, Chris Black, director of federal solutions engineering, along with Matt Long, who handles business development for the MDC line, and Jon Irwin, lead technical architect in support of the MDC, comprise the core team supporting MDC product development and management. Advanced Technology Center
WWT’s Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is a place where customers and partners can stand up small-scale versions of prospective solutions, review product demonstrations, evaluate reference architectures and participate in hands on training classes. Recently we stepped up our investment in the ATC, bringing on an operations manager with 15 years of IT management experience, Mark Dougherty. Mark works with a core team running the ATC, which is complemented by an eco-system of WWT pre-sales engineers and technical architects with specific expertise in subjects ranging from data center design, core networking, cloud infrastructure, virtualization and collaboration.
